All unused products in original condition can be returned within 30 days of original ship date. Please contact us for a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Merchandise that is returned without an RMA # may be refused at our receiving department. There will be a 15% restocking fee and customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We are sorry but due to the high cost of shipping we can not refund any shipping charges. please fill out a return request here to request a return.
